The Full QWERTY keyboard is also a great help as i am a heave text messager. As to the drawbacks, i totally agree with you, there lacks editing options for office documents, which is a big inconvenience for me. I played with it once. It is responsive, the only complain I have with it is the lack of MultiTouch. Should get the iphone 3GS when it is out next month N97 is good! I played with it once.
