Kukp Trip (Part I)

The island was way too commercialised. But what saddens me most is that there isn’t a proper sewage system and you see non biodegradable garbage everywhere. The muddy concoction of solid waste and remnants of the residents’ stuff was really quite an unbearable sight. The mudskippers on the island were quite amazing though. Very territorial creatures.
Seriously, the seafood sucks and I have no idea why people flock to this place just for seafood. Unexpectedly, I think that the fireworks and durian session would be the highlight of this trip. All in all, it was a good getaway because of the good company and cheers to the guys who organised this trip. Let’s do a durian outing soon!

Lester: How did you know it’s 717?
Angeline: I think it has always been very popular with Singaporeans. The trip costs about $70 SGD per pax inclusive of 2 way transport and all meals.
You;ll be offered at 70 RM per pax if you claim that you’re a Malaysian (we just found out during the trip). Excludes transport though.
