They failed to deliver my order and made empty promises repeatedly. I had to make several weeks of calls just to have one request fulfilled. Calls were never returned. Item was never delivered. Requests were never fulfilled. The whole experience was horrible.

My HP support bad experience, briefly:
Bought Campaq laptop with installed MS Vista Home Premium.
found a problem: having Admin permissions am not able to copy files from another laptop in my homenetwork (which runs MS XP). Note is “Destination folder access denied”.
Between otehr two MS XP laptops I can copy the same files with no problems.
When I called MS support – got advice to call HP, otehr wise will eb charged $79.
Called HP support and been told they will charge me $59 for trying to solve this problem. If they will not solve the problem, they will charge me anyway.
How nice is such support? The worst feelings I’ve ever had… Never will go with HP anymore re: PC, and will not advice to anyone. Let them take care of printers, the best then can do.
